Configure Endpoint Status Reports
As an administrator, you can do the following configuration for the Endpoint Status Report:
  • How frequently you want to generate the report
  • Approvers for the report
  • Display format of the report in the World View
Configure Endpoint Status Report Schedule
You can configure how often you want to create the endpoint status report.
Follow these steps:
  1. In
    Privileged Identity Manager
    Enterprise Console, click 
    System
    Configuration
    Modify Scheduling Configuration
    .
  2. Use Cron syntax to specify the Endpoints Status report schedule.
    Example:
     0 0 23 * * ? creates a report every day at 11 p.m.
Configure Approvers
You can modify the list of approvers for your endpoints status reports.
Follow these steps:
  1. In
    Privileged Identity Manager
     Enterprise Console, click 
    Users and Groups
    Tasks
    Modify Admin Task
    .
  2. Select 
    Endpoint Status Report
     and click 
    Select
    .
  3. Click 
    Events
    , and click the 
    endpointsStatusReport
     event to modify it.
  4. Ignore the Primary Approver for this report.
  5. Click 
    Add Users
     under Default Approver to add approvers, or click the delete button to remove approvers.
Configure Report Display Format
You can configure how you want to display the endpoint status report in the World View section of the web interface.
Follow these steps:
  1. In
    Privileged Identity Manager
     Enterprise Console, click 
    System
    Configuration
    UI Settings
    .
  2. Specify user interface settings for the World View results list:
    Worldview Hosts Limits
    Defines the maximum number of hosts that appear in the World View list. 
    Default: 100 
    Worldview Host Per Page
    Defines the number of hosts to display per page in the World View list. 
    Default: 10
  3. Click 
    Submit
