Configure the xFlow Analyst Interface Cache Size
After installing the xFlow Analyst Interface as described in or , you can configure the cache size for xFlow Analyst interface server.
After installing the xFlow Analyst Interface as described in Install CA Service Desk Manager 14.1.03 on Windows
orInstall CA Service Desk Manager14.1.03 on Non-Windows, you can configure the cache size for xFlow Analyst interface server.
Consider the following:
- Ensure to review the cache size of your environment before starting the xFlow Analyst Server and Search Server services, review the cache size with respect to your environment.
- Your environment may already have some CA SDM factory records. It is recommended that you increase the record count for such factories from the CA SDM console (Administration, xFlow Analyst Interface,General).
We recommend that you cache all the active records of CA SDM factories that are mentioned in this article. Set the max record limit to more than the number of active records available in your environment.
The following cache and corresponding CA SDM factory names are given with out-of-the-box (OOTB) CA SDM max record count:
