Applications that communicate with CA DSI Server need to use the CA DSI Server Client Software Development Kits (SDKs). The CA DSI Server is a powerful daemon that runs on the mainframe in z/OS UNIX System Services. Using the CA DSI Server daemon, an application can issue commands to the External Security Managers (ESMs) CA ACF2 or CA Top Secret.
