The Team Center Workflow
The following diagram shows the basic workflow for triaging problems in an Enterprise Environment.
Detect triage diagnose resolve

- Detect the transactions and components that are experiencing problems. These problems affect user experience and cost the business money. The Team Center dashboard and map help you with this task.
- Prioritize the list of issues that you want to solve. Apply business value to the affected transactions to assess which problems are causing the greatest loss of business.
- Use Team Center and WebView to drill in to the highest priority issues. You can establish which components are affected and find Patient Zero, the root cause of the issue.
- Resolve problems using the information that Team Center collects. You can send exactly what you see, with permalink URLs, to your DevOps teams who can make changes to system to resolve the issue.
