Service Catalog Management

CA Service Catalog provides system forms for users to complete as part of their requests. A service consists of hardware, software, or other resources that users request from the catalog. Administrators can manage services to meet the needs of their users and organization. You can use events, rules, and actions to automate the processing of requests, users, and accounts in the CA Service Catalog system. All rules are initially disabled. A rule must be enabled to be used. You can add a dashboard, configure content elements, manage outages, create business hours, news, content packs as shown in the following:
