To view the license usage, log in to CA SDM as an administrator, navigate to the Administration tab, select System, and then select License Usage.
The License Usage enable an administrator to gain insight into an organization's CA SDM license management. This allows an organization to stay compliant on licensing.

: The License Usage report is always derived from the
Tenantfield specifies all the tenants (public), a single tenant, or a tenant group. If multi-tenancy is enabled, select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list.
Licenses Purchased:An administrator manually enters a value in the Licenses Purchased field that specifies the number of licenses purchased.
Usagefield specifies the number of concurrent licenses that are used from the time of installation within the organization. This value is derived from the
Latest Licenses Usagefield specifies the number of concurrent licenses that are used today (12AM - 11:59PM) within the organization.
Color codes indicate the license usage compliance. A green dot indicates availability of license for usage, whereas, a red dot indicates number of licenses used exceeds the number of licenses purchased.
By default, the license usage results are displayed till date. The license usage can be filtered based on the following predefined filters:
- Till Date
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 180 days
- Date Range
