CA Sans is a new font used in
CA Service Management
 17.x release. This font is difficult for few users to read and understand. As a workaround, users can override the default font for the web interface.
  1. Click the menu button and choose 
  2. In the General panel, scroll down to 
    Language and Appearance
  3. Choose a default font and size in the 
    Fonts & Colors
  4. Uncheck the 
    Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above
Internet Explorer
  1. Click on
    Internet Options
    , and
  2. Check the
    Ignore font styles specified on webpages
  3. Click
  4. You can specify default fonts for different styles, including serif, sans-serif, and monospace by clicking the Fonts section.
  5. Click
Google Chrome
Enable the Font Changer with Google Web Fonts extension . You can use this extension to pick and choose the web interface font.

Unable to Install
