Define the User Context

To display the most relevant information to the user in Service Point, you must define the user context. The most important pre-defined aspects of user context are: location, organization, and department of the user.
You can create a user context at a group level or at a tenant level for each object type.
Follow these steps:
  1. Log in to CA SDM as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to the
    Administration
    tab, select
    xFlow Interface
    ,
    Service Point
    , and
    User Context
    .
  3. In the Name column, select the desired tenant configuration name for which the user context must be defined.
  4. Click
    Edit
    .
    The predefined (User Context) attributes are displayed.
  5. From the list of attributes, you can modify only the attribute weight.
  6. Click
    Edit in List
    .
  7. To modify the attribute weight, select the attribute from the list.
  8. Specify the weight.
  9. Click
    Save
    .
Predefined User Context
For a default tenant, the following are predefined attributes for User Context:

Based on organizational requirements, an administrator can turn-off user context. To turn-off user context, set the attribute weights to 0.
