To configure Oracle 12c database on a single-tier environment, perform the following post-installation step:
  1. Download and extract the
    CA Business Service Insights
    ™ Cumulative Patch 8.3.5.3.0 (
    8.3.5.3.0.zip
    ) from CA Support.
  2. Execute the
    8.3.5.3.0.bat
    file on the following servers:
    1. web servers
    2. App servers
  3. Restart the server.
  4. Start the Oblicore website.
  5. If you are using a proxy server to access
    CA Business Service Insights
    ™, perform the following steps:
    1. Clear the cache on the proxy server.
    2. In Internet Explorer, clear the cache and delete the temporary files.
