Advanced Reporting Roles

Advanced Reporting access includes two main areas: create permissions and repository item permissions (No Access, Read Only, Read + Write, and so on). These permissions can be granted at the role or user level in Advanced Reporting. includes out-of-the-box Advanced Reporting roles that are assigned to users based on  access rights. These roles begin with 'ROLE_' and only provide create permissions. See for more details regarding managing security for advanced reporting. The PMO Accelerator add-in includes extra roles that being with 'CSK_' and set permissions for repository items (for example, reports, domains). The PMO Accelerator add-in also updates repository item permissions for the out-of-the box roles. When you add users to these roles, the users automatically inherit the permissions of the role. The roles are meant to be implemented in a matrix fashion, which means that a user can be associated to more than one role to obtain all the permissions the user should have.
