APM Late and Missing Assessments

The Late and Missing Assessments tab in the APM Assessment Review dashboard shows assessments that are late or missing. Use this page to manage application assessments.

Apply the page-level filters at the top of the page to change the data in all portlets at once. To access this tab, open Home, and from Dashboards, select Assessment Review. Click the Late and Missing Assessments tab.

Late Assessments Portlet
The Late Assessments grid portlet displays late assessments. Use this portlet to manage application assessments to ensure that they are completed and finalized on time. Click the email icon to send email to the manager.  Navigate to the application properties screen by clicking an application. Navigate to the assessment properties screen by clicking an assessment.
This portlet is pre-filtered to include only the following assessments:
  • Status is not equal to Final (including assessments with an empty status field value) 
  • Due date is earlier than the current date.
 
The portlet contains the same filters as the page plus a new filter for Days Late.
This portlet includes the following metric:
  • Days Late
    This value is calculated as follows: Current Date - Assessment Due Date
Users can add the following extra fields to this portlet using the Configure option:
  • Application ID
  • Application Manager Email
  • Application Source
  • Application Vendor
  • Assessment Date
  • Assessment ID
  • Assessment Owner Email
  • Installation Type
  • Software Category
  • Software Sub-Category
Missing Assessments for Current Year Portlet
The Missing Assessments for Current Year portlet displays applications that do not have an assessment in the current fiscal year. Organizations can use this portlet to manage application assessments to ensure that they are completed and finalized on time. Clicking the email icon creates an email to the manager. Users can navigate to the application properties screen by clicking an application.
This portlet is pre-filtered to include only those applications that do not have an assessment (regardless of the assessment status) during the application current fiscal year. The application must have the financial properties populated to display in the portlet because it must link to a fiscal calendar. 
This portlet contains the following filters:
OBS: Filters applications by an OBS hierarchy
Application Source: Filters applications by the source of the application
Installation Type: Filters applications by the type of installation
Application: Filters by application
Application Vendor: Filters applications by vendor
Software Category: Filters applications by software category
Users can add the following extra fields to this portlet using the Configure option:
  • Application ID
  • Application Manager Email
