The Active Directory Response (ad_response) probe monitors and reports the following entities:

  • The response time and availability status of the AD server.
  • The number of objects and the status of the objects found. 
  • Replication of modified objects between servers, sites, and domains.
 The probe is installed in the same domain as the Active Directory server.
