How to Get the Tenant ID?
To get the Cohort ID and the DX APM Tenant ID details, query the
elastic ao_dxi_tenants_1
index with the elastic route.

How to Create a Tenant Token for Ingestion?
You can generate tenant tokens for the TAS API's to connect to the external connectors and ingest the required data.
Follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the
    Tenant Services page.
  2. Under the
    column, click the
    icon, and then click
    Create Tenant Token
  3. Click
    to continue.
    A token is created and is displayed.
  4. Click
    to save the token in the clipboard, or
    to exit the pop-up.
How to Troubleshoot Pods in CrashLoopBackOff or Init State?
Follow these steps:
  1. Run the following command to check the reason for the pod failure:
    For Kubernetes: kubectl describe pod <podname> -n <namespace> For OpenShift: oc describe pod <podname> -n <namespace>
  2. For pods in Init state, check if the dependency pods are started.
  3. For pods in CrashLoopBackOff state,
    • Check if the docker registry hosting images are reachable and are not restarted.
    • Check if all prerequisites are configured. For more information, see the section.
