Create an SRM Policy
You can create SRM policy to define tests to perform, thresholds to monitor, configuration preferences, and other settings that control how the agent runs and what it monitors.

You can create SRM policy to define tests to perform, thresholds to monitor, configuration preferences, and other settings that control how the agent runs and what it monitors.
Follow these steps:
- Click the Resources tab, open the Configure pane, expand Policies, and click Service Response.
- From the table on the Available Policies page, click + (New).
- On the New Service Response Monitoring Policy dialog, enter the following values:
- A name
- The system type
- Whether to base the policy on an existing policy
- (Optional) A description for the policy
- Click OK.The policy is created, and the right pan displays a configuration screen.
- Click Save Policy.
