Create an SRM Threshold Definition Template

You can create an SRM threshold definition template to import to a policy. A template lets you reuse thresholds across multiple policies without setting up thresholds repeatedly.

You can create an SRM threshold definition template to import to a policy. A template lets you reuse thresholds across multiple policies without setting up thresholds repeatedly.
Follow these steps:
  1. Open the Configure pane and expand Monitoring Templates, then click Service Response.
  2. On the Service Response page Threshold Templates list toolbar, click + (New).
  3. On the New Service Response Threshold Definition Template dialog, enter a name, (optionally) a description for the template, and whether to base it on an existing template.
  4. Click OK.
    Server Automation
    creates the threshold definition template and displays the Summary page.

  5. Click Save Template.
