Create CA EEM Users

Follow these steps:
  1. On the 
    CA EEM
    home page, click
    Manage Identities
    .
  2. In the Search Users section on the Users page, select
    Application User Details
    .
  3. In the Attribute drop-down list, leave
    User Name
    selected.
  4. In the Operator drop-down list, leave
    LIKE
    selected.
  5. Leave the Value field blank, then click
    Go.
    The Users pane lists
    all
     
    Server Automation
     users in a hierarchical tree.
  6. In the left pane, click the
    New User
    icon.
  7. In the New User pane, complete the
    User Name
    field.
  8. In the User Details pane, click
    Add Application User Details
    .
  9. From the Available User Groups box in the Application Group Membership pane, select the application group, then click the right arrow Right arrow icon.
    The application group is added to the Selected User Groups.
    You can also add the user to one or more dynamic groups or global groups. See the

  10. In the New Password and Confirm Password fields on the Authentication pane, enter the password for the user, then click
    Save.
    A confirmation message displays below the Users pane.
