section of the action definition contains the following fields:- UCS ManagerSpecifies the name of the UCS Manager
- UCS ChassisSpecifies the name of the UCS Chassis
- UCS BladeSpecifies the name of the UCS Blade
- Power OperationsSelect an operation from the drop-down list:
- Cycle ImmediateImmediately power cycle the blade
- Cycle waitPower cycle the blade which notifies all applications about its shutdown
- Hard Reset ImmediatePlug back to power on the blade similar to unplug the power of the blade
- Hard Reset waitUnplugs the power of the blade. Prior to unplugging, the blade notifies all applications about its shutdown
- Soft Shut DownShuts down the blade. Prior to shutdown, the blade notifies all applications about its shutdown
- Shut DownShuts down the blade immediately
- Boot upBoots up the blade
- Require ApprovalSelect to specify that the ticket requires approval by a third party.CA SDM must be configured to use this option.
- Auto close ticket on approval/rejectionSelect to close the ticket after it is approved or rejected.CA SDM must be configured to use this option.
- Ticket TypesSelect a valid ticket type from the drop-down list. Depending on your configuration, valid types include:
- Default
- Incident
- Problem
- Request
CA SDM must be configured to use this option.
- TemplatesSpecifies the template to use to create a ticket. Select a template from the drop-down list. Depending on the ticket type selected, the form is populated with corresponding values.CA SDM must be configured to use this option.
