Follow these steps to migrate all your CABI 3.x data to CABI 4.x environment.
  1. Copy the PostInstall utility that we ship as part of <CABI 4 VCD>\utilities folder to local machine.
  2. Run PostInstall.bat or postinstall.sh. postinstall.sh takes CABI installation path as input parameter.
  3. Select 'Yes' and provide the CABI 3.x machine details when prompted.
  4. Provide the CABI 4.x Administrator password to start the migration process.
Please note that the same utility is used to deploy the parameter pages for CA Spectrum reports.
This utility migrates reports, schedule instances, and user accounts.
Following are the examples for Windows, Linux and Solaris.
