About incident rules

Incident rules let you configure the type of events that create an incident. Incident rules appear on the
Incidents and Alerts
page,
Incident Rules
tab. The set of enabled rules define the conditions that when met, create an incident.
A default set of rules are provided to create incidents based on commonly desired conditions. You can enable all rules, disable all rules, and reset the rules to the default set.
To enable or disable a rule, use the
State
toggle at the right end of the rule.
Filtering Rules
The Rules Filter lets you quickly find specific sets of rules.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to filter for specific rules by Rule ID and Rule name.
