Saving and sharing search queries

Save a query

You can save search queries for future use.

In the Save Search
dialog box, enter an appropriate name for the Search query.

Select My Queries
. To share the saved query with other users, select Shared Queries
.

Select Save
.

Sharing a query

You can save and share search queries with other users.

In the Save Search
dialog box, enter an appropriate name for the search query.

Select Shared Queries
to save and share the saved query with other users.

Select Save
.

Only the Domain Administrator and the Super Administrator can delete or update the shared queries.

Lists the search queries that you saved earlier.

Shared Queries

Lists the shared queries that you shared with other users and the queries that other users have shared.
