Issue:Devices that are enrolled in the cloud through Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager are not purged after they are offline for 30 days.
Resolution:Devices that are enrolled through Endpoint Protection Manager are purged with cloud-only devices after they are offline for 30 days. Administrators should see decreasing device counts now that these devices are included in the purge.
