Products Eligible for Complimentary Access to Symantec Endpoint Security Offerings

Customers with contracts for SKUs shown in rows 1-7 will receive access to the full array of features in the Symantec Endpoint Security Complete (SESC) offering. Those customers with SKUs shown in rows 8-10 will receive access to the features in the Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise (SESE) product.

All customers that have any of the above SKUs also must have an
existing
tenant for this offer to apply. For example, if a SEP customer does not already have its license activated in a cloud tenant, this customer does not automatically receive SESE through this program.
Access to additional SESC or SESE features will continue through the remainder of current license subscriptions. For continued access to these features, customers are required to subscribe to either SESC or SESE at renewal.
The complimentary features are added automatically to the customer’s existing cloud console.
Customers will not be entitled to open support cases on these new features.
Existing features will continue to work as before, and regular upgrades will continue as part of the maintenance schedule.
Customers that want to take advantage of SESC and the ICDm cloud console will need to configure the features.
