Unlock Credentials
page lets you unlock internal credentials that have become locked out after the maximum number of unsuccessful logon attempts has been exceeded.- To unlock locked out credentials
- In the Symantec Management Console, on theSettingsmenu, clickSecurity > Account Management.
- In the left pane, clickAccount Management > Unlock Credentials.
- On theUnlock Credentialspage, in the list of locked credentials, select the credential that you want to unlock.
- ClickUnlock Credentials.
