Configuring Software Updates Download Location

You can configure to which location on Notification Server the software updates should be downloaded.
The settings that you configure apply to Windows and Linux components of Patch Management Solution.
  1. To configure software updates download location
  2. In the Symantec Management Console, on the
    Settings
    menu, click
    All Settings
    .
  3. In the left pane, expand
    Software > Patch Management > Core Services
    .
  4. In the right pane, on the
    Locations
    tab, specify the software updates download location.
  5. Click
    Save Changes
    .
If you change the location and you want to relocate existing software update packages, use the
Check Software Update Package Integrity
task.
