Integrating with Adobe Reader 8.0
Users must perform the following steps to integrate Arcot PKCS#11 with Adobe Reader 8.0:
The following steps are applicable to Adobe Reader 8.0
only.
Refer to vendor documentation for information on how to perform these tasks using other versions.- Open Adobe Reader.
- Click theDocumentmenu and chooseSecurity Settings.TheSecurity Settingspage appears.
- Expand theDigital IDsmenu and selectPKCS#11 Modules and Tokens.
- In the upper-right pane, clickAttach Module.TheLocate a PKCS#11 Moduledialog appears.
- Browse to the \Windows\System32 directory. Select the ArcotPK11.dll file and click theOpenbutton.The Arcot PKCS#11 module appears in the list of modules in the upper-right pane. TheModule Manufacturer IDmust have an entryArcot Systems, Inc., which ensures that the module has been successfully installed.
