- Verification questions--Confirm a user’s identity. Depending on howIdentity Manageris configured, users can specify their own verification questions, or they can select questions from a predefined list.
In the default Forgotten Password Reset task, a user must provide a user ID and answer five verification questions. Each verification question, which is presented on a separate screen, is randomly chosen from a list of five questions that the user supplies during registration.
Once
Identity Manager
verifies a user’s identity, a screen where the user can enter a new password is displayed.
