A system administrator configures a connection between the and the JasperReports reporting server. Once the connection is established, you can generate and view reports.

and the JasperReports reporting server. Once the connection is established, you can generate and view reports. Follows these steps:
- OpenPrivileged Access Manager Server Controluser interface.
- Navigate toSystem,Connection Management,Report Server Configuration,Manage Connection.
- Complete the following fields:
- ProtocolSpecifies the protocol that is used for communication betweenPrivileged Access Manager Server Controland the JasperReports reporting server. The default communication protocol is non-SSL. For secured communication, selectSSL.
- Host NameSpecifies the name of the computer that hosts the reporting server.
- PortSpecifies the port that the reporting server uses for communication.
- Context PathSpecifies the context name of the reporting server URL.Example:jasperserver-pro is the context path in the URL: http://localhost:8080/jasperserver-pro/login.htmlContext path is case-sensitive.
- OrganizationSpecifies the name of the organization to deploy the report package. Enter the organization name as "pim" as it is mandatory. Before you configure this parameter, create the "pim" organization in the JasperReports Server.
- User NameSpecifies the name of the user administering the JasperReports reporting server.Default: jasperadmin
- PasswordSpecifies the administrator password for accessing the JasperReports reporting server.Default:jasperadmin
- ClickSubmit.
On successful connection, the JasperReports reporting server details are stored in the central database.
