To configure 
CA Single Sign-On
, you must configure the following components:
  •  
    A Policy Server
     – Configure access policies to determine which users can access what resources.
  • At least one of the following enforcement points to enforce the access policies defined on the Policy Server:
    •  
      SSO Agent
       – Configure the appropriate SSO agent to work with a web server, application server, or ERP system to protect web resources.
    •  
       
      CA Access Gateway
       
       – Configure settings that determine device behavior and proxy rules that specify how to route requests to appropriate servers in the enterprise.
    •  
      WSS Agent
       – Configure WSS Agents to work with a web server or application server to protect Web Service resources.
