VIP Enterprise Gateway Configuration Console

Use the VIP Enterprise Gateway Configuration Console to configure and manage the Validation servers, user stores, and end-user management portals used by VIP Enterprise Gateway.
Getting Started with the Configuration Console
The first time that you sign in to the VIP Enterprise Gateway Configuration Console, the
Home
page displays a description of the Configuration Console and a link to add a VIP Certificate.
The first tasks that you should perform on the Configuration Console are:

Configure the port, protocol (HTTP or HTTPS), and log level for the Configuration Console.

(Optional) If you have previously configured an instance of VIP Enterprise Gateway, you can import settings from that configuration to this instance.
Navigating and Managing the Configuration Console
After you add the VIP Certificate, the
Home
page displays the Configuration Summary. The Configuration Summary gives you quick access to most of the configuration and management tasks available in the Configuration Console. The Configuration Summary also gives you a thumbnail view of the configuration settings that you have already made. You can also restart VIP Enterprise components from this page, if necessary.
You can use the Configuration Summary on the
Home
page to perform most of your tasks in the Configuration Console. However, you can also use the tabs in the navigation bar at the top of the Configuration Console:
