Configure and cobrand your Self Service Portal

The VIP Self Service Portal contains self-help resources for your users. Your users can request, register and remove credentials, obtain help with credentials, and even access logs for troubleshooting purposes. The Self Service Portal is available to your users by default; however, you can customize its behavior.
Additionally, The Self Service Portal supports cobranding with a logo of your choice. If you upload an image but disable cobranding, the file is saved, but the logo is not displayed. Uploaded images must meet the following requirements:
  • 100 pixels wide x 300 pixels high
  • Transparent .png format
  • Maximum file size of 500kb
The Self Service Portal also includes a diagnostics page to help you troubleshoot customer issues.
