Deploying the truststore certificate for the web add-in for Outlook on macOS endpoints
The following instructions describe the process of creating an MDM configuration profile to deploy the truststore certificate that is used by the web add-in. For illustration purposes, the instructions assume that you plan to deploy the certificate using Jamf, an IT management application.
- On theSystem > Agents > Agent Packagingscreen of the Enforce Server administration console, generate the required agent installation package.
- Extract the contents of the agent installation package to a temporary folder.
- Locate the extractedaddin_truststore.pemfile, and rename it to change the file extension to.cer. The renamed file should be calledaddin_truststore.cer.
- In Jamf, select a configuration profile.
- Navigate to theCertificatesection and upload theaddin_truststore.cerfile.
After you finish deploying the truststore certificate, on an endpoint, verify that the certificate is present in the system keychain. Make sure that the certificate is present and marked as trusted in the system keychain.

The
addin_truststore.pem
file is unique to the Enforce Server that you used to generate the agent installation package. If you have deployed more than one Enforce Server, make sure that you follow these instructions to deploy the truststore certificates for all of the Enforce Servers.
