policy is enabled on the server, and if you are a registered user, then you can create the self-recovery questions and answers using Self-Recovery on Management Agent
. You can also edit the existing self-recovery questions and answers using Self-Recovery on
Management Agent
. However, you cannot edit the security questions that the administrator creates while enabling the Drive Encryption Self-Recovery
policy. You can edit the security questions and answers that you have already defined.You need to authenticate before you create or edit the security questions and answers using Self-Recovery on
Management Agent
. The administrator sets the authentication policy on the server, which defines whether you authenticate with a password, a token, or either a password or a token. Based on the authentication method, one of the following appears:
- When the authentication method is password, on theSelf-Recovery Authenticationscreen, only thePasswordtab appears.
- When the authentication method is a token, on theSelf-Recovery Authenticationscreen, only theTokentab appears.
- When the authentication method is either, a password or a token, on theSelf-Recovery Authenticationscreen, both thePasswordand theTokentabs appear.

Continue | To proceed with the addition of security questions and answers, click Continue . |
