MIB, SOAP, and CLI discovery support

As shown in Discovery methods for Avaya, Cisco, and Nortel devices,
supports SNMP Management Information Base (MIB) discovery, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and Command Line Interface (CLI) discovery.

After it completes its MIB discovery, the

MIB and CLI discovery

For discovery,
supports the following SNMP protocol versions as long as they are supported by the SNMP agent of the candidate system: V1, V2C, and V3.
