To use the “Problem Impact propagation policy over VLANs” setting to create a VLAN impact propagation group, you need to change the setting’s ImpactPropagation parameter to DISABLED. Accessing the Polling and

.When a VLAN becomes a member of a VLAN impact propagation group that has ImpactPropagation = DISABLED, the
IP Manager
sets the following attribute of the VLAN to FALSE:isImpactPropOverVLANEnabled
For a VLAN that has isImpactPropOverVLANEnabled = FALSE, impact propagation for the VLAN is prevented.
For a VLAN that has isImpactPropOverVLANEnabled = TRUE (the default), impact
propagation for the VLAN is allowed.
