During the initial full discovery, populates

full discovery occurs when an IP Availability Manager
is added as a source to ,

on page 63.Thereafter, whenever
an
IP Availability Manager
source completes a discovery (an initial discovery, a full discovery,
a pending discovery, or a single-device discovery), re-imports
device topology from the IP Availability Manager
and performs a full discovery.
